Private sessions allow for teacher and student to build a working relationship while addressing specific needs and physical goals, such as increased flexibility, balance or strength. Private session are based on your work schedule and/or other obligations allowing more flexibility in your yoga practice. Private yoga instruction can be beneficial for beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis. Private sessions are helpful when an individual doesn't want to be overwhelmed or intimidated by a group setting, those with injuries, those who want to utilize yoga into weigh loss, advanced yogis that want to deepen their practice and those who want experience the spiritual side of yoga with meditation and breathing techniques in the comfort of their own home.
